The PACK INTO BONE technique was created by Dr. Michele Lopez in 2020 for the regeneration of single and multiple bone defects, particularly in the aesthetic zone.

The technique involves constructing a PACK using an X-Fine membrane and GTO bioadhesive collagenated heterologous biomaterial.

The pack can be sized based on the quantity of GTO filler it contains and is placed without the use of tacks or screws in any defect, especially 1-wall periodontal and peri-implant defects.

The pack can also be stabilized by suturing to better adhere to the defect. Even in cases of minor graft exposure, the pack manages to perform its containment function thanks to the membrane.

The pack strongly supports the peri-implant soft tissues, helping to create the necessary biological width and the ideal transmucosal pathway.
